CPC’s Board of Directors is an exceptional group of professionals who provide governance and leadership for the organisation.

Margaux is an experienced corporate finance executive having spent 20 years plus advising the private sector and government on the sale, purchase and financing of businesses; strategy; feasibility; due diligence; Independent Expert Reports; and valuations.  Specific agribusiness experience includes advising on a number of major transactions.

Enzo Gregori is a project financier and manager with over 30 years experience in both private and public sector institutions, throughout Asia, Europe and Australasia.

Greg works in the not-for-profit healthcare sector in corporate finance and strategy. He has global experience as an investment professional in private equity across multiple asset backed industries including agribusiness, aged care and renewable energy.

Chief Financial Officer

Greg joined CPC in late 2018 as Financial Controller and was promoted to CFO at the end of 2021.
