CPC’s Board of Directors is an exceptional group of professionals who provide governance and leadership for the organisation.

Mark is a former partner of Clayton Utz, one of Australia’s leading commercial law firms where he practiced corporate and commercial law and headed up the agribusiness practice. He has provided advice to some of Australia’s leading agribusiness companies. He is a Director of St John of God Health Care, a leading Australian private hospital and health care operator.

Chief Executive Officer

Troy is one of the top cattlemen and agribusiness leaders in the country and well-renowned for his achievements across the industry..Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer at CPC in July 2014, Troy held key management positions at a variety of agribusinesses including Australian Agricultural Company, Torrens Investments,

Chief Financial Officer

Jim commenced with CPC in July 2015 following a successful career in finance for the last 25 years.  Commencing with KPMG and with experience across a range of different industries including energy, pharmaceuticals / animal genetics, information technology and media, Jim is now well positioned to take on the number one finance position for the Australian operation.

Non-Executive Director

Margaux is an experienced corporate finance executive having spent 20 years plus advising the private sector and government on the sale, purchase and financing of businesses; strategy; feasibility; due diligence; Independent Expert Reports; and valuations.  Specific agribusiness experience includes advising on a number of major transactions.

Peter is Chairman of EverPower in the US and Senior Independent Director of CPC.  Until recently he was Chairman of Infinis in the UK.  Peter has worked with Terra Firma Capital Partners in a number of capacities since 2005.

David is a Managing Director in the Private Equity team at Terra Firma. David has 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.  He was previously a Director at Paine Schwartz, LLC, a U.S. based fund focused on private equity opportunities in agribusiness.  At Paine Schwartz, David managed transactions in Europe, Australia, and the United States.
