Dungowan

This 445,400ha breeding property is run in conjunction with Newcastle Waters, situated 160 km away. Comprising 60 per cent open bloodwood forest and 40 per cent lancewood and bullwaddy, Dungowan can carry 17,600 head, branding up to 5,000 calves a year.

After weaning, steers are trucked to either Queensland finishing properties for growing out, sent to neighbouring Newcastle Waters.

David and Suzie joined CPC as the Dungowan Station Management team in 2017. Suzie will also took on the role of Rangeland Support for NTWA stations.
 
Prior to CPC, David worked as a Workshop Foreman for Katherine Toyota and was the Pilot/Mechanic at Camfield Station for the Australian Agricultural Company.
 
Suzie has worked at Territory Natural Resource Management as the Gulf Savanna Regional Coordinator and as the Rangelands Coordinator for the Australian Agricultural Company.
 
Both David and Suzie have extensive experience in pastoral operations across Northern Australia.
